I was out in the hot sun all day yesterday so I'm retaining a lot of fluid. I'm just going to drop it so it's not "real" but the five pound challenges keep me on track even if I'm not losing much right now due to traveling and partying a lot because it's summer camping season. If I can get one pound below my most recent low weight, that would be outstanding (215.8)

I am enjoying my short sojourn in first place. It will not last and it would take a miracle for me to lose 5 pounds at this stage.
