HI wole up in time to do this chart.. LISA>> hope you are sleeping by now! Great loss and congrats on keeping on target. Keep it up!
I'm cooking a pot of gizzards for Jodi and the aroma is driving me crazy. I love the stuff. Another 30 minutes and I can take it off the stove and cool in the fridge. I would LOVE to get back to sleep!

Will be mowing more tomorrow... OH.. almost forgot.. had a fellow stop by for some of my berries... his mom is a client and he loves MY berries.. so why should I think that is special?? becasue he happens to be the agricultural person that oversees every small farmer in the county! He is one that inspects every farm that has farmers at the farmers' markets. And he comes HERE for berries .. He was very sweet and tried to talk me into doubling my prices and doing the market once a week. said I could pick out whichever one I wanted to be in and he would set me up in the best location and whatever I wanted! That was nice. I declined the offer. I am happy here. I donot want to drag my stock in coolers and deal with table set ups ets and hope to sell there when I can be here picking and doing what I want wth my day.Can't do better than sell out daily as I do now! No more stress is needed in my life. But is WAS nice to hear

Paulette congrats on your loss as well. I hope you got some pool time in. I love the garden! You are so lucky! Nothing like growing your own veggies.

Jodi I hope your night is going as smoothly as mine is so far.

Cricket so glad berry season is winding down. I hope you made enough money for the winter expenses. I was wondering about The Guardians. Chris loves cartoons so i'll rent it when he gets home for sure. I was asked to attend training for our new computer programs so I can then turn around and micro train my 70-80 year old fellow employees.

Lisa so happy to be playing on the slide with you! Weeeeeee! My beautiful friend how long you hang on is entirely up to you! Make it last.....

I am down .8 lbs this morning.

CRICKET - I bet you are proud of your berries The best in the land! I admit I do love the flavor of blueberries, but never could eat them fresh as I thought they were too sour. I wish I could taste one of yours to see if they would change my mind! Thing 1 & Thing 2 are great names for the new shrimps! I hope to be able to procure them soon. Pablo looks lonely. I hope you have a nice relaxing Sunday! Is today one of your induction days?

KATHY - back when I was working I was also asked to train fellow employees. I guess we both have the patience to do so. It's important to be able to explain things simply and thoroughly so the people can understand. I always had a knack for that. Good luck with training the old dogs!

HIMI - Congrats on the little drop!!! Every smidgeon bit counts and adds up quickly! I hope today you can see another one!

LISA - Congrats on the whole lb down!!! Why ever would you still be up at 2:30 am?!? I sure hope you are sleeping dreamily now and are visited by the ever-elusive Whoosh Fairy again!

BARB - Here's hoping you can see yet another big loss today! You are SO CLOSE to bing in the 170's!!!! (that is my goal weight!) Good luck today!!!

SUNNY - I hope the chart is available to you today - are you doing this on your phone? I know it is hard to see, copy & paste all this stuff from a phone! I never think of those things as I sit in front of a big laptop screen all day! Any way, I hope you, too, can see a nice loss today!


Yesterday I posted the photo of my vegetable garden and said the big leafed plants were cauliflowers - well Ed corrected me and said those plants were BRUSSELS SPROUTS! So I am sorry for misleading you all! He likes those icky things and planted them this year. Uck. Brussels sprouts. Do any of you like them? Kathy - I bet YOU like them. You seem to be a veggie lover!

I hope we all have a great and relaxing Sunday. They changed our weather forcast again today. It was supposed to be rainy today, but now it looks like it will be clear, humid and very hot - up to 86˚!!!! That is HOT for us!!!! So I will be doing the pool thing for sure today. We may even have to put the little window air conditioner in today and turn it on! You all have a great day!

GOOD MORNING !!! ~~~ I have not yet weighed in. Jodi called to tell me that if Carl had not finished the dump cake she was eating it. OY.. for THAT I needed to be awakened? It is now in the freezer! My fingers tell me I am a water balloon. I did drink 6 fullliters yesterday. It was so hot and I was indoors so it was easy to do. Too bad I did not pee it out! That is how dehydrated I was. OK, so fingers and rest of me are water logged. I will not worry about the numbers becasue today is day 2 on Induction and i feel GREAT. My calories yesterday were 1,091, fats 72% and 10 total carbs. I am pumped and ready to take on this WOL!!!
KATHY... have fun training the land of seniors ... have patience. We learn great but slower. Once it is in the brain it is remeberes.. as long as we write it down ! LOL Hope you are sleeping well ... Berries are great and no, bills are higher than income for my needs. It will be fun to see how I am going to cover surgical expenses! But I will manage, or sell Jodi!
PAULETTE.. I LOVE Brussel Sprouts!! and these berries are not sour . I do know what you mean though. We do have s ome that are like sweet tartes and to me that is sour. The majority are like eating blueberry pie! It is funny to have folks say they do not like blueberries and then find that they are addicted to these I cannot take credit for anything other than tending the grove and picking them. Did not plant them, fertilize, spray or water! The grove is a good 20 yrs old though and is very well established.
Now to get going, get showered so I can go out and mow and get dirty and sweat!..weigh in in a bit

Okay - the after vacation week was pretty good - those first 3 days feel like detox and always serve to remind me that sugar is like a poison or drug. wow . For today - fish, veggies, full cream in my coffee - I"m a happy girl I really wanna start exercising ....
