My legs are getting tired from this trampoline. Gain in numbers again is not fun at all. Yes, I KNOW it will settle down, but look at how much fun my metabolism is having with this set point. Today I decided to have 2 fried eggs in coconut oil spray, 2 slices of Gwalney bacon ( one serving) and a mug of coffee w/ HC 3 oz. I am full without the coffee but I hope to get some GI motility going.
Picking is what we will do as if that is a big surprise. Too many beries to NOT pick them, even though sales are pretty much gone now. WAY to early in the season for that to happen! Hoping for road traffic.I'll put abother sign out on the highwy soon. There are always a few bags to be sold at the pool.
Going to ride today and want to try that gelding of Jodi's "BANNER" I do hope we get along. He's fine but it is ME that will be nervous and NOT show it! I know how to relax the body even if the brain is on overdrive.
