Managed to drop a lb this morning. Here's to hoping for a continuation for the rest of this month!!!

BARB...post good long ones! This is your place and Ifor one am a tad long winded..oh I can see the rolling eyes..LOL.. go post long and well! MAY THE KLAUQ be with you.. did I misspell that???
At any rate, we are due for tain this week I hope and pray. It is to be 100 today so have to get back out there.already piced 2.5 hrs and it is now 9am..had a break..BARB.. I AM happy you are finding the asnwers to some questions I know you have had..we all have had them.. I also know that people we see daily see no difference. Sorry your mom, although I am sure is sweet as low carb stevia and sucralose, wasn't thinking when she made that comment. Moms do that!

Now about moi... had a nice fever last night as I had suspected.. 101.4 and considering my normal is 96.0 that was a high fever. It broke at some point and I was drenched at 5 AM..my gut is still very painful.Intestines are enflammed for certain. I do not know why. I DO know that I have had some problems that were esolved the other day big time and I have to consider that the medications/supplements were too much and ittitated me. I will see. Hopefully I will resume normalacy soon.
I am changing my data like once again.... I am so out of ektsis it isn't even funny(as if that ever was)..my clothing is tighter and that is just unacceptable so I am not in my range anymore. What I also know is that I am stuck ating these miserable purple things for quality control... I dislike them as mucg as they dislike ketosis. So, all I can say is that my scale is going to go up. My spirit will stay high. This garbage will pass. I am not saying OH WELL.. I AM saying I will be heading back to basics and Induction ASAP. WHat I can control, I will and when I CAN get this straighteded out I will. I am not taking the summer off!!!! I am facing the fact that I am just flipping stuck in a place I do not wish to be. This does happen to some extent every year and this year is no exception. I did not drop my significant sizes until after berry season. That is pure fact. SO, it will be this way again. Thank heavens for keeping tract or i would be suicidal!!! I am going to weigh in tomorrow and use that for the current weight.Tday is just a mess. I will look for my 5 pound vitories since I have gone too far back to look at those other numbers.. thought it would help but now not sure it did. My goal is still 130 but that is not happeneing until my body feels like cooperating and I stop berries!!! UGH TO BERRIES.....chat later ...shout out to Chriise and KAthy and y'all!

No gain or loss today. I am just happy that I am staying stable with the amount I lost this past week.

CRICKET: Sorry to hear that you still aren't feeling well. When your body and health gets back to normal, the weight loss will follow. If it was me, I also would look at the 5 lb increments. You know your goal and the amount that you have to lose, but it is much easier to do it 5 lbs at a time.

PAULETTE: Congrats on the pound and I hope you have a long ride on the slide.

Nice to hear from you, SUNNY. Again, it sounds like your weekends are busy.

CHRISSIE: You even knew our town's shortened name...impressive! It's just a small town. I don't know the breaking amish people personally, but have seen them around town in stores and restaurants from time to time. The restaurant they have on the show periodically is where we eat breakfast every Sunday morning and I've seen them there.

BEAKING AMISH???? HUH??? OK.. I know Lancaster, and I know the surrounding areas and am failrly familiar with the Amish community etc...but this?? UH NOPE.

still feel like total crap and 100 degrees did not help I also had a ton of beef and I have not "processed anything for a few days...ugh... I have no fuids to get to the kidneys to the bladder.. all out the pores!.. so... I need a break right about now. I would like to take a few days off. so I am going to mia but not long..Jodi is 140.0....today thanks... CHRISSIE you have the chart duty.. PAULETTE, if you can help SUNNY that would be great. I WILL do the new threads. I need to just have a no brain no deal with anything I can day or 2 or 3... see you soon XOXOXOX

CRICKET: You deserve a few days off to get yourself straightened around and healthy. My thoughts and prayers will be with you that you get back to normal soon. Again, I could never take that heat everyday. It has only been in the 70's here and, when it is muggy, that's bad enough!

BTW, Breaking Amish is a TV show on TLC that is filmed in my home town. We live in a rural area and have a lot of small amish communities around the area and they have actually started to build and buy property within a couple of miles from town, but their address is still my town. When it is on TV, they are always showing the name of our town and it is filmed here. The original show was about a group of kids from different areas that broke away from the amish community and are now living as "English". Two of them that were from here ended up getting married and they have followed them for a couple additional seasons.

I wanted to let you know that I will be leaving Wed night for a bike trip and probably won't be able to update my weight for a few days. I plan on taking my computer and can check in, but most likely won't have a scale...and, on the bike, I barely have room for clothes, raingear and coats, let alone, my scale. If I don't hear from you before I leave, good luck with everything. I plan on eating on plan, but two of our meals are provided so I don't have a clue what choices I'll have. Plus, with being on the bike, the fluid will return. It may not be too bad since we are going to northern NY and it is only supposed to be in the high 60's and 70's, so I won't have the heat to deal with. I'll still be home through Wednesday and will be sure to update on Monday morning when I get back, if the game is still going on.

LISA: Sorry for your gain. You'll get it off soon.
