OK, did I get it right for today's charts?
So about me-- I am newer to this forum but not new to Atkins, having been successful with the WOE previously but drifting away from it back to carbdom and regaining and then some
I have been back on track since Christmas 2014, and have lost right around 60 pounds, about 40% of the way to my goal of 150.
Like most I dont loose in a straight line-- up, down, up, hold, whoosh.....and it often seems tied to changes in schedule or increases in activity. For example I spent Friday and Saturday moving and stacking hay and sure enough I am up a bit up from my most recent low I hit a day earlier-- I am guessing its because I built some muscle and /or am holding some water, because my measurements are the same or smaller. So I am continuing on with plan and trying to be patient.......
My profile says "mostly" Atkins 72 because I have used both 72 and 92 and I tend toward 72 but borrow a little from 92--- I do count total carbs, not net carbs, and lucky for me diet coke and HWC seem to agree with me (although unfortunately some nuts seem to stall me.)
So far I havent had any cheats or known too-hi-carb days, But I have had a few isolated days when we went out to eat, or I was traveling, etc, where I took a guess as to what would be acceptable (since I didnt know every possible ingredient) and ended up paying for it with a temporary gain or stall-- but that hasnt deterred me in the long term at all.
Well thats enough for now-- didnt mean to write a novel!
