I managed to drop another 2 lbs today.
At least most of that big gain is gone. My feet still seem puffy, so I am hoping I can drop more.

CRICKET - Everything seems to be helping. I am drinking REGULAR coffee this morning. I will mention this all to the Dr. today and I hope he (or his nurse) can offer any advice. I'll let you all know. Were you able to watch the movie last night? Or did you fall asleep?
Today I will make my soup and have another bowl of my chili, but a smaller one this time. I had my chili around 3pm yesterday and I swear I was still full at 10pm! I may have the chili early for lunch today and let it ride all day, then I can have a little soup later in the afternoon. With my cream, the total cals will be 1103 and carbs 11g. Protein and fat are in the correct ranges.
I hope JODI can see her whoosh today!
