yeah, I hear you..
Our metabolisms catch on quick and get used to our new eating & exercise habits very quickly.
This seems to happens regardless of what diet you choose to do..
To avoid a possible stall myself, I've been mixing it up a little each day so as not to allow my metabolism to get TOO comfortable with my own low-carb lifestyle.
I try to eat at different times during the day..some days I'll have a very early breakfast, other days, I'll hold off and eat breakfast a little later in the morning. Same with lunch and dinner.
My daily calories differ each day and I try to plan my meals out for the week so I'm not eating the same meals day in and day out.
I just started a daily exercise routine, and again, I will be mixing this up too every few weeks, both in the type of exercise I do, as well as the duration/intensity.
Gotta keep the ol' body guessing, ya know?
does this method work?? Honestly, I have no idea as I've only been at this 28 days now..but so far, so good.
My body has no clue what I'm doing from one day to the next...and that's the way I intend to keep it until I accomplish my weight loss goals.
