same as yesterday- i don't mess around with routine leading up to a big race.

HUGE hard boiled egg- i normally buy "large" but boyfriend brought home "jumbo" and these are insane! But i like them, so i might start buying them now.....

was out running errands, so met mo for bite at red robbin- love that they let you customize so easily, and have full nutritional on their website:

diet peach iced tea

chicken club- chicken, bacon, provolone, tomato, pickles, mayo and guac. all in lettuce bun.
broccoli was subbed for fries.

yum!

Last night I made walleye wrapped in bacon in the oven. For lunch today I ate the last two, cold. They were as great cold as they were fresh from the oven. BTW, I baked them til the bacon was almost crisp and then turned the broiler on til the bacon was crisp. Everyone loved them and said this way of cooking walleye...not our old traditional way of frying them, was a definite keeper.
