An interesting article from The Guardian. Low carb, good fats, real food seems to cure a lot of ailments..Whooda thunk?

Given the success that many people have had with a variety of real-food diets/WOE out there — Paleo, Perfect Health, low-carb — I'm beginning to wonder if something Robb Wolf once said isn't true: it's easy to confuse the therapeutic effect of some curative with the root cause of the ills.

What if it wasn't the low-carb aspect of these chefs diets that righted their ship of health but simply stopping a wholly-destructive way of living that included a real-food diet?
