I'd say rubbish as well. Keeping my blood sugar on a rollercoaster never did me any favors. The longer the stretch between meals, the better I feel. Right now with 8am buttered coffee and a 7pm dinner I'm finding a sweet spot. Loving it!

I need a plan that will work when I travel for business and will work when I am so busy that I have limited time to cook. My husband and I are foodies and he is a carb eater. Since he does most of the cooking, we also need to figure out how the plan will work for both of us.

I would highly recommend Taubes, although it's not a "plan" kind of book. Why we get fat is an easier read, and worth it's weight in gold when it comes to WHY we eat this way. Or should anyway.
