Angry Rtfl (read The Flipping Labels!)

I AM *SO* ANNOYED WITH MYSELF!

MY MOTHER GAVE ME A BOTTLE OF ACIDOPHILLUS. SHE AND I ARE BOTH WIL LABEL READERS, SO IT NEVER DAWNED ON ME TO CHECK IT (THAT IS *SO* OUT OF CHARACTER). IT DISAGREED WITH HER AS IT IS DAIRY BASED (WE ARE BOTH LACTOSE INTOLERANT). I TOOK MY LACTASE (TO HELP WIHT THE LACTOSE INTOLERANCE) , TOOK THE ACIDOPHILLUS, AND DIDN'T THINK ANY MORE ABOUT IT

NOW, MY WEIGHT HAS BEEN STICKING, AND I *HONESTLY* COULDN'T THINK WHY. I DECIDED TO CHECK THE LABELS OF ALL OF MY SUPPLEMENTS (MY SCOTTISH LOVED ONES SAY I'M A REAL AMERICAN; I RATTLE FROM ALL THE SUPPLEMENTS WHEN I WALK!). WELL, LO AND BEHOLD, THERE IS CITRUS PECTIN IN THE ACIDOPHILLUS. I AM NOT SAYING THAT THERE ARE A MILLION GRAMS OF CARBS IN EACH ONE OR ANYTHING, BUT I AM SUSPICIOUS ABOUT ME WITH CITRUS, SO STOPPED THAT IMMEDIATELY, GOT SOME *NON* CITRUS-CONTAINING ACIDOPHILLUS AND HAVE STARTED TAKING THAT.

WOULD YOU BELIEVE THE WEIGHT HAS STARTED TO GO DOWN AGAIN? IT COULD BE A FLUKE, BUT...

ANYWAY, I AM RE-CONVERTED TO MY FORMER "TRUST NOONE" WAYS. NO MATTER *WHO* GIVES ME SOMETHING, I WILL RTFL FROM NOW ON

WHAT AN EEJIT
