Default Scrambled Eggs and Sardines, Moroccan Style

Hi all,
I got this recipe idea from my trainer (who is from Morocco) a few years back...he told me how delicious it was to mix sardines from the can with eggs and fry it up, olive oil and all. Being that he is a low-carber himself, this recipe should fall into place nicely. It's not at all fishy, especially with the spices, although I love sardines as they come. In fact, the texture is more like soft Italian sausage when all cooked. Plus you'll be getting a good dose of your Omega 3's for the day. Serves one. I hope you try it!

1 can boneless, skinless sardines
1 tsp. garlic powder
few dashes black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tbs. ground cumin
dash of cinnamon (optional)
salt (iodized is my preference)
3 eggs

Fry up sardines in its own oil, mashing with a fork. Add spices and eggs. Scramble until eggs are set. Add salt and additional spices to taste.

Look delicious, especially the presence of sardines and pepper.
