I didn't lose weight this week, either, but hey, I didn't gain any!

I have been so busy that I haven't paid that much attention to my eating habits, so it is a miracle that I haven't gained!

Thumbs up I'm In

Hey guys and gals.. I'm in for the July 4th countdown.. I don't know what my weekly target weight is.. I just started Induction on the 1st of July .. three days ago.. I fell off the wagon about a month ago and have not got back on .. I found this forum and thought I'd try again .. this time with some support from all you good people..

For the record, my July 4th weight is 240 lbs ~ 45% bodyfat which equates to 108 lbs of bodyfat.

I'll keep you all posted as to my progress through induction .. I'm interested to know the next stage after induction.. how should I change my eating? what should I do? how should I time it? all comments are appreciated!

Together, we can ALL get through this..

Be well,

Christian
