Default Wow...a mind blowing video on saturated fat.

This is a presentation by a heart surgeon on saturated fat.

He explains a lot of what Taubes says. He even says that if Ancel Keys had selected just 7 alternate countries in his "7 country study" saturated fat would have been shown to PREVENT heart disease.
