There's no doubt about it! It's all under your control. Right before I restarted this WOE (a few months back) I'd been really low on numerous fronts in my life. I've come to be grateful for those horrible days because they completely turned around my outlook on life & on myself. I wish you the absolute best!..but not to show your soon-to-be-ex..but to show you that you deserve better than that. The topping of him seeing you relishing your new path in life is just a bonus.

They say living well is the best revenge, but this isn't about revenge, it's about good health and self love.If the two of you don't have kids you will never ever have to have this man in your life again. Just move on and forget he ever existed. I was 39 to when I had my epiphany, I was with a man that was indifferent, living in a rooming house and pretty much impotent yet he was always reminding me how lucky I was to have him, all because I was fat.I lost the weight(still struggle w/20lbs on and off)got my GED and now at 54 I am getting my Master's degree in education.Even if I regain every pound I will never be anyone's doormat again!
