I haven't had lunch or dinner today, other than a couple of servings of Brussels sprouts with butter and a couple of handfuls of cashews.

I've been craving sausages, so mine was pork sausages with coleslaw and mustard, followed by raspberries and cream. I ate late, so while awaiting lunch I had 2oz cream cheese cos I was starving, then another 2oz cos I was greedy, lol.

Yesterday was leftover buffalo chicken from the crock pot, in lettuce wraps. today will be leftover pot roast and veg. I'm on a crock pot cooking kick because I've been working insane hours which leaves me no time or energy to actually cook meals.
