I found it!! A full shelf of it at Trader Joe's on Lower Greenville, who knew? I grabbed two. Very interesting when mixed with tequila and lime with a drop of sweetzfree. The funny thing is the consistency was almost like it curdled when I added the lime juice. Wasn't actually curdled of course, but did lump up a little like dairy cream would. Had to drink it anyway. In the name of science I mean, I drank it straight to rehydrate after my marathon. Yeah! That's what I really meant to say...

Oh yeah, Lower Greenville, so all the urban hipsters are now using it to make coconut cream Margaritas? Definitely qualifies as a Paleo-approved recipe Lately, I've been just whipping in some cocoa and vanilla, put it in fridge, and take a few spoonfuls for energy or cravings. No curdling. . Enjoy your find, Let us know of any trendy new coconut cream recipes.

Medical student trying to bring Dr Oz down. Not quite sure what I think about this. Agree with regulating what he says about supplements, e.g. The green coffee bean example, but what if that same woman wanted to refuse metformin and try a very low carb diet instead?? http://www.vox.com/2014/7/12/589145...-dr-oz-quackery

I have a jar of coconut manna and find it hard to spoon out of the jar. I have no idea what to do with it. Any suggestions?

I usually just wait for summer, and spoon it out then. Maybe you could get it soft enough to handle in a warm water bath, and then portion it out in sandwich bags or something? I have the same trouble with creamed coconut, which I sometimes eat like a candy bar.

Good ideas.. Then what do I do with it? Eat it by the spoonful. Put it in coffee? Cook my eggs in it? Suggestions please.
