Worked out with Shred 2 this morning. I might be putting too much stress on my knee because it's really aching this morning. I hate having a bum knee it can be a real setback...

Did Shred 2 this morning, no major problem with knee. I got to stay focused on how I'm doing my exercises, not to much pressure on right knee.

Either my knee is getting better or I'm getting better at doing Shred Lvl 2 at low impact, I'm not having any serious problems after working out this morning (yippie!)

Shred 3 - I don't know why everybody complained about lvl 2; lvl 3 to me is a killer. I do lots of modifications and I'm dripping sweat for at least 30 min.

Shred 3 is a killer...I didn't sweat half of what I'm sweating now - this is day 4 and I can barely keep up even tough I'm keeping it low impact I'm seeing results so I won't complain.

Lvl 3 of Shred for me is the most difficult, nine days and I'm barely managing to keep up. Anyways tomorrow will be day 30 and then I'll start all over with Lvl1.

Default 30 Day Exercise Challenge Completed!

Today was my last day for doing Shred & for completing my 30 Day Exercise Challenge! I'm happy. I wanted to give up on several occasions, especially weekends, but I met my goal.

I'll continue with Shred, but I won't commit myself to weekends or holidays.

Default Challenge 2 - No More Trouble Zones Day 1

Today is day 1 for No More Trouble Zones "NMTZ". I'll stick with this routine for 30 days (excluding weekends). I'm expecting some positive results and I know by end of Feb. I'll be on the way to a new me.

Default No More Trouble Zones - Day 3

I'm really enjoying this exercise routine. It's at a slower pace than Shred and because my knee is getting much better I can perform the squats and lunges a little better.

Although I promised myself the weekends off I might be tempted to keep this one up over the weekends.

The abs routine really hurt and I'm liking the routine for the shoulders & triceps. Maybe this summer I'll get 1 or 2 compliments on my arms if not my abs.

The exercises aren't easy but because I don't have to keep getting up & down (like Shred) I can handle the routines easier. I'm feeling kinda sore this morning but not too much.

Because I can't seem to get up any earlier my routine is for 30 minutes. I would love to work my way up to 45min each morning.

I had the weekend off, so this morning was difficult trying to get back into the swing of my exercise routine. Even with lunges I couldn't keep my balance as I poured sweat... Thankfully I got my 30 min in and I'm happy I'm able to stick with it; maybe tomorrow will be easier.

I could barely get out of bed this morning and I kept thinking maybe this morning I could skip my routine. Some mornings I'm really not motivated to get out of my bed early.

Completed 30 min - NMTZ

I guess yesterday I did lunges too steep because my knee is aching me again (sigh) I guess I just got to remember to take it light for awhile. Worked up a nice little sweat and extremely famished afterwards!

Default No More Trouble Zones - Day 6

I'm hating getting up in the mornings to exercise - I remember when I use to get up at 4am every morning now I can barely get out of bed at 5am. Maybe it's because of the weather, it's still kinda cool and I just want to stay wrapped under my sheets.

Oh, well, I got my lazy butt out of bed and did my 30 min of NMTZ, I always feel good after my workout!
