Thanks slmrickman, yeah I need exercise, too bad I'm losing weight instead of gaining, but I don't seem to be able to eat enough food when grains are not an option. Will try some whey protein soon.

I lift weights alot so I am always very conscious of getting enough protien....I use a low carb protien powder
