Meal 1: large salad w/turkey breast, tomatoes, boiled egg, shredded cheese, blue cheese dressing.

Meal 2: Calves liver, baked with onions and bacon over top (and I put a bit of beef stock in water and a little guar gum..it comes out thickened and yummy!).

Breakfast: Low Carb Bread with butter and some Edam cheese, coffee (no cream no sweetener), 3oz of white grapefruit (I know it's not allowed but I have had this headache for the past 8 days since I started so well, had this idea)

Lunch: Salad Nicoise (lettuce, 1/2 cup green string beans, 3oz tuna in oil, 2 hb eggs, a few capers, vinaigrette dressing)

Snack: Atkins indulgence bar (last time! ), black coffee (no cream, no sweetener)

Dinner will be probably grilled chicken and salad

Snack #2: I hope it won't be half of Camembert cheese again

I made the cheese crust pizza crust today and then added my toppings to it and it was so filling and so yummy that I believe I like it better than a regular crust. I loved the chewy texture of the cheese crust. This will be a regular.

Crust;
Spray cookie sheet w/PAM
spread mozzarella cheese out into a circle the size you want the pizza to be
Bake a 425 F until light brown
Top with sauce, meat and veggies, then more mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese it golden brown. Crust will stiffen up as it cools. You can hold this pizza with one hand.

It was delicious! I love pizza!

Breakfast - left over chicken and cauliflower with lots of butter and cheddar cheese, iced espresso with sf syrup and cream

Lunch - nothing

Dinner - Left over chicken and cauliflower with a little cream and butter and cheese, I also threw some "bacon ends" in the oven to bake... they were packaged and looked really good, but unfortunately they are really strange, big chunks of fat that wouldn't really render and some pieces taste like regular ham and some like bacon, strange. My dogs like them!
