I imagine you'll rock the bikini, chickie!

So have you always run? Or is this something you have taken up as a lifestyle change?

I love to run. I'm not fast, and I'm .exceedingly lazy, but if I have the time and the privacy I used to run/walk up to 12 miles a day (that was rare but it happened). I can't do it on a treadmill, though. I have to be outside. But I haven't done it for years, and I want to do it again...

so when did you start running?

I ran some when I lived in Hawaii about 4 years ago (starting) but only 2 miles per day. Now with some of weight off, I am able to run longer and daily. I hope to increase in one setting. For now I make it right to 60 mins and stop on the treadmill but I have my laptop and I check mail, surf the net, play games and read the news, so that make times go by. When the better is better, I will be back outside running because I miss it.

Wow, your exercise routine is amazing. Do you work out at a certain time each day to stay consistent? Keep up the good work. You must feel fantastic!!!
