Advanced Healthy Diet Guidelines

Near the bottom of this page I explicitly point out the scope
of my guidelines.
"COMMENTS -- These nutrition guidelines are: ...
- strictly about nutrition and eating food (rules governing
exercise, etc. are covered on other webpages; and"
While developing my webpage, I noticed that some authorities
on diet would make recommendations regarding exercise, etc. I
find this to be absolutely stupid.
The subject is Diet. Therefore the topic of using Nutritional
Supplements is Off-Topic.
Furthermore ...
Natural Therapies
http://home.naturalhealthperspective.com/perspective.html "In
conclusion: From the Natural Health PerspectiveTM personal
health is about promoting wellness and fitness through the
natural therapies of eating a healthy diet, taking nutritional
supplements, reaping the benefits of exercise, and having a
healthy attitude and resilience in your life."
Your comments could be why the majority of posts on these ngs
are Off-Topic?
