Default Simple, yet delicious, salad dressing

My friend has always made the BEST salad dressing. I finally asked her how she makes it. Here it is:

1/4 C. red wine vinegar
1/4 C. Balsamic vinegar
4 cloves of garlic minced finely (I only use half that)
1 C. olive oil
Sea salt to taste

Warning! If you use pressed garlic or garlic from a jar, use less! It's much more strong when it's been pressed versus hand chopped. Same if you put it in the blender. The garlic will release a lot of a chemical that makes it strong.

I mix everything into a ball jar and then shake like crazy.

I tried this last night, Nancy. Decided to add 2T. tahini (sesame paste). But I tasted your dressing before I did and really like it! Would have never thought about mixing vinegars in a dressing before. BTW, the tahini is good in this, if you have some and want to try it out sometime. I love the nutty flavor it adds to things.
