Ugg. Wrong on so many levels. I wrote a pretty long comment but somehow it never got posted.

Basically, Zinczenko and Goulding are teaching the audience that all food boils down to saturated fat, calories, and sodium. Replacing these things with healthier options will end the childhood obesity epidemic. Replace the fettucine with ravioli and you'll save your kids!

"Cream, cheese, butter, oil"

Let's not mention the 2 cups of boiled white flour.

Yeah, I saw this too the other day. It's now up to 107 comments. Post #20 is just sad. Lots of the usual "teach them to eat salads! nuts! low fat!" Some mention of HFCS. Oh, well, progress comes in an incremental fashion, I guess. I'd post but I'd feel like an insect in a tsunami.

In one instance, he says remove the chicken but add the red meat. And in another, he says remove the red meat (burgers vs spaghetti). You'll understand that I don't take him seriously at all.

The only thing that makes any sense is the steak with vegetables. Other than that, it's just subtituting fat with "carbage."

I watched the breakfast video. He first commented on a cinamon raisin squiggle, which he describes at a "big mass of processed dough" that "races into your bloodstream where you either have to store it or burn it off." Then he goes on to recommend lower calorie donuts or croissants, which are also masses of processed dough. UGHHH!
