Default REALLY LOW carb Bread

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]This is for those of us who cannot, at least for now, tolerate ANY gluten or SOy Flour etc for whatever reasons. For myself with the soy protein isolate it is a question of the hormonal effects of soy itself, and do not use the whey protein powder due to it's effects on my asthma (milk products)

So this is about as basic as you can get. I would LOVE to be able to make a yeast bread because it tastes SO good, but do not see how I could do it without adding a lot of carbs. [COLOR=Blue]

Emy's Flaxseed Bread recipe

1 1/4 cup ground Flaxseeds
6 eggs (extra Large)
1/8 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 cup oil
1/8 cup water
Stevia or sweetener to taste
Spices flavorings to taste

Mix together dry ingredients, mix together wet.

Combine and little bubbles should form, let this mixture sit for maybe 5 minutes.

I baked at 350 for about 1/2 an hour in a apx. 8 inch round pan.

I used Ginger, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar unsweetened flavoring, Vanilla.
Whenever I cook with flaxseed a lot of the flavor seems to get lost, so sometimes will just add flavoring sweetener etc. after baking

Enjoy!

It sounds really good! How much sweetener do you add and what's the Carb count?
