I completed all 3 miles w/the walk belt!

I was at Walmart the other day and saw a 5 mile WATP dvd that I decided that I wanted, so I picked it up for 10 bucks.

I will be including this dvd into my workout and will be alternating the 3 Mile Power Walk and Walk Away Your Waistline on Mondays. The 4 Mile Walk Slim will be scheduled on Wednesdays and my new 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk will be done on Fridays!

Five 12 minute miles plus Cool Down and Stretch - 65 minutes
I completed all 5 miles!
2010: 217 miles!
June goal: Was 43, now 51 miles!

Mile 1: 15 minutes of non-stop muscle moving steps to get you started
Mile 2: 12 minutes of speed walking
Mile 3: 15 minutes to continue blasting calories as you burn body fat
I completed all 3 miles!
