You must be pretty lonely on this thread! I have the one mile tapes and could join you doing those. How about it?

Sorry that I missed that you posted Friday. I will start today! I'm going to try for the one mile in the a.m. to start off with. I would like to do the evening segment but I'm going to ease into it--and I won't be able to do it every evening.

Goal for May--30 miles!

I do not have WATP today. I have it scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, and I will be back tomorrow to post more miles.

I am really glad you are here and I think any exercise is good for us. The whole purpose of getting myself into better shape was because I could see my fiftieth birthday coming up. Two years later I am facing my fifty first, and I honestly don't believe I have ever been in better shape even though I still have more fat to lose. I made sure to make it a routine and I don't even have to leave my house to get it done!

I want to remain active as long as I have left and feeling better about myself is definitely a bonus!

I didn't get it done today. I put up a sun shade for my plants this morning and now I'm just too stiff to do much moving. I will try again tomorrow.

Will write more tomorrow.

P.S. My early 50s were great years-60s not so much but then I'm not in very good shape.
