Sorry, Tomsey! That's what I get for skimming.
So I'm clear from 1,2,3,4, and 5. But I don't take any soluble fiber supplements. Isn't soluble fiber the kind that ferments in your gut? That's what we're trying to avoid, right?
I have no idea what "enough water" means. I drink when I'm thirsty, and it's usually seltzer with lemon. If I overdo it a little, I feel like crap.
