Default Hello Onederland!!
i woke up this morning and for the first time since high school i am in onderland!! i am so excited and overwhelmed and proud!
i still have a ways to go... but to get to this point its all downhill from here!
i have officially lost 65 pounds since the 4th of july. only 35 more to go before this coming 4th of july.
i have struggled many times on atkins and never stuck with it longer than 3 months or so and never lost below 220.... hopefully i will be back in a few months when i reach my 100 lbs lost goal!!

thank you all sooo much. ive tried many many times since 2002 but never gotten there... it takes time and patience and this was the time where i told myself THIS is it.. i will do it this time!
