I think I'll use up some taco meat that I've got lurking in the fridge...probably on a salad with some cheese & sour cream.

I had some turkey breast tenderloins ( 2) that I heated up in some bacon grease from 2 slices of bacon. To the top of the turkey I put a French Onion Laughing Cow Cheese wedge then topped by bacon! YUMMY... I wanted something else, so I also ate about 4 pork rinds and water. Was tasty. This was breakfast and lunch.. I dont know if i will eat anything else before dinner.

Lunch today will be chicken salad. Canned chicken, a mushed-up avocado, a handful of broken-up walnuts, mayonnaise. Maybe some romaine too.

I went to the lunch buffett downtown and got a some lettuce, 2 pepper slices and grape tomates and then a spoonful of tuna salad and some baked turkey. I saw a taco mix (sour cream, ground beef olives and lettuce and plunked some on the tray, but it has taco shells in it, so I ditched it.

Today I had chicken wings at the pub across the street. I ordered them plain, with bleu cheese on the side. It turns out... I don't really like plain chicken wings. I wonder how many carbs are in the "medium" sauce they usually coat the wings in...

I didn't finish them. Good thing I have cheese strings in the fridge for an afternoon snack.

I usually bring left overs or sandwich meat and a side salad from McD or where ever someone is going. I didn't bring anything today so decided to get 2 side salads. Newmans ranch has 9 grams per pouch! Good thing I only use half a pack per salad. I will be getting a lower carb ranch at the grocery store this weekend and use that from now on. I don't realy like any other dressing except Olive Garden (does anyone know if that lo carb?). If I have good ranch I don't mind salad so much.

Tammie

Left over chili from last night (topped with cheese and sour cream)

Is it me or does chili actually taste better the day after it is cooked?

Leftover taco bake (from Linda Sue's AWESOME recipe site) with a healthy shmear of sour cream. On a bed of french cut green beans. Yeah, it's a tough way of eating-NOT.

Tammie, I believe Olive Garden dressing is 4 carbs per tablespoon, and you can buy bottles from there.
