Default Try this for breakfast

This morning I made me an omlete, 2eggs 1tbs heavy cream,chopped up some green onions, cut up some pepporoni, and 1/2 cup of spinach. very good.

pepporoni . ham , smoke turkey contain hiden suger

Hi Annie-

I am searching through the member list just trying to find fellow Ohioans........Go Buckeyes!!!
I am interested in setting up a support group even if we only meet 1 time a month.
It looks like it has been a while since you journaled so I am not sure if you are still on the lc woe plan but if this is something you would be interested in please contact me or post on my journal.............
