Wow, I remember seeing this picture online somewhere years ago and laughing at how bad health care was in past decades. Seeing it now makes me remember how one sided I viewed things. I think a lot of people would have a similar reaction without having background on how native peoples eat and fair nutritional studies on foods like lard or butter. Mainstream attitudes about health and fats are without substance. Still it seems we like to think we're smarter than previous generations. Look at all this new technology I vaguely know about process my food for me! Alright!
