Talking Induction Ok yummy recipie

The other day I was craving my favorite, Boston Pizza Stromboli Sandwich....Mmmmmm soooo goood. So I came up with a recipie that was so yummy I did not even miss the pizza dough that it is wrapped in.

First a small casserole dish.

Chop up some leftover chicken [about a cup]

Slice into it about 10 black olives [ more if you want ]

One med size tomato chopped up

4 oz grated Mozza cheese.

4 tbsp. olive oil

Add everything but the cheese and add salt and pepper to taste, if you like a little spice add some red pepper flakes, or a jalepeno pepper. Stir it up well and then mix in a little cheese to the mix and top with the leftover cheese.
Bake at about 350 till the cheese is nice and browned.
This is so tasty it makes me feel like I am cheating, but it is totally induction friendly.

Try it you will love it.
