Thank you for your questions!

We renew our goals every week on Thursday...

Most of us try to post every day or every other day to get some support & accountability!

We are usually more active during the week & one of our member - Daisy - had surgery this past week.

So welcome & post often!

I love chunky bunnies! My GF use to raise them!

Have a great night! ~Cheryl Ann

I've been doing okay for the last couple days. I did cheat a bit over the week but still lost from 181 to 176.5..most of which came off in the last 2 days. My water intake is better but still not great. I am drinking about 3 out of the 4 bottles I was supposed to drink. So far today I've only drank 1:S but I'm going to try to get in as much as I can. Goodluck with all your goals. Mine are still the same as last week:

1)stick to meat and egg
2) drink more water--4 bottles

Cheryl Ann, my dog is fed that way, too... except he's a lousy hunter. He goes *bananas* when he sees squirrels. He chases them, but that's all he does. The one time he actually nailed one, he just kept looking at me blankly. It got away.

Off to do my workout, get in the shower, and make brunch. Happy Monday, all.

I strayed over the weekend. I'm up 4 pounds since Friday morning. Hopefully it'll only stick around for a couple of days. TOM is any day now.

Back to mostly M&E for the rest of the week, but I will allow myself some LC veggies with dinner.

well today ive had 4 eggs scrambled so far. i also had one slce of salami which should be ok its really low in carbs however high in salt and didnt want any salty meat.
i have some chicken breasts in the fridge that i was going to slice in half and put feta in (but feta is very salty ...and i dont have any feta lol) but instead i think i will just put some chedder or blue cheese in.
there really isnt much i can do in 3 days im thinking i should just carry on as i was whch is about 10 carbs a day.
i didnt go to the gym either. i had to be at work for ten and didnt have time to pack a gym kit. i even got to leave work after 3 hours because it was so quiet and so could have gone easily gone home, got my kit and gone before it got to busy with people who go after they finish their 9-5's...but i didnt
tbh i dont think im going to go to the gym before i go away on thurs. from tuesday though ill be back on it hardcore!

Weighed myself this morning and have lost another 2 pounds!

So far I have made an omelate for myself. I dont get very hungry anymore and actually forgot to eat today! I have to work on the water still but I'll write back in here later on today and let you know how it went.

Hey everyone

Nice job on the weight Angelica but yeah you've gotta remember to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well i saw my surgeon yesterday, he is VERY impressed with his handiwork and how fast i'm healing. He told me if i get a sports bra for during the day i can walk!!!! So i got one yesterday and i'm walking to and from DD2's school later today which i can't wait for.

Thats it though, still not allowed to lift anything heavier than my finger in the house, darn i'll have to leave the housework

We can do this, CHOHW everyone

Er....can I still play? I've broken every goal I made. I think I need a Diet Intervention.

Good job, Angelica!

Sounds like you're doing well, Daisy. I hope you continue to have a speedy recovery.

SereneOne; TOM cheats are so common. I know I've read that part of it is because your metabolic rate does increase for those days - that's why people often eat way more, but the weight comes back off.

Daisy, glad your recovery is going well!
