you know, my doctor has always told me intermittent fasting was good for me... she's from Egypt and wonders why North Americans think you graze all day...

pigs, horses, cows all graze.
tigers, leopards, lions... they do not.

let's see.... they feed pigs, horses, and cows grains to fatten them up
tigers, leopards and lions eat intermittently and eat protein and are lean...
ya. makes sense for humans to graze like cows... lot of sense oh yeah....

oh and...

i am no longer borderline diabetic and low carb seems to be bringing my hormone levels into balance as well.

no more sugar rushes; no more PCOS symptoms!

oh you should have heard her... on and on and on about how astounded she was and how they double checked the report.
she kept saying, 'i should never have taken you off last year..." she did, sent me to low fat hell, then another specialist i happened to meet told me to do low carb to save my life.

She's almost bowing to my feet now. She's lost 20 pounds herself now she's switched to low carb.
