Pounded steak, rolled into a pinwheel with asparagus and provolone, with freshly cracked black pepper and salt and lemon juice.

Soup of bok choy, homemade chicken stock, coconut milk, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, thyme, red pepper flakes and lime juice.

This was a GREAT dinner after a yoga class and cardio workout!

Culturista - wow, that sounds like a wonderful dinner. That soup sounds fabulous!

Last night we had green eggs & ham. It was eggs mixed with cream and pesto and cooked like omelettes, then wrapped around some fried ham steak and topped with a brie mustard sauce. It was really tasty and DH really complimented it!

This was late lunch / early dinner.

That's full fat veggie ranch dip and low carb cocktail sauce (sugar free ketchup + a dot of horseradish sauce).

I tend to have my salad for lunch, and am not overly hungry for dinner (I'm always hungry in the mornings though), so dinner tends to be small for me.

Last night I made turkey devonshire for my family, but I had the turkey warmed under the broiler with a thin slice of tomato and my homemade cheese sauce. Always homemade as I know exactly what goes in it (cream base not milk, for example and no flour).

I typically try to make something that my hubby and children can eat, which can easily be modified for me too, so I'm not making two different things.

Tonight is different for me though. I'm making them this tortellini thing they've been begging for. Obviously, I can't have this, so I'm going to warm up some corned beef in a skillet and melt some swiss cheese on it, then drizzle with a little ranch dressing. Very yummy.

Just so people don't say "where's your veggies", I had a huge gyro salad for lunch both yesterday and today. LOL

Last night:
mushroom soup from here
buttermilk-brined pork cutlets from here (the key to this was lemon zest - delicious!)
raw veggies munched while cooking

Tonight:
fennel and kabocha squash soup from here

horseradish creme fraiche
Swiss chard with shallots and garlic
celeriac and cauliflower mash

That sounds yummy -- do you make it? If so, how do you make the gyros? What veggies are in it?
