I used 93% lean ground beef. With the cream cheese and the velveeta, if you use really fatty ground beef, you get an oil slick on the top of the soup.

14 carbs! (13 minus fiber) that's a lot! well, for induction anyway. Maybe I can tweak it or something.

Stacie... I hope you feel better. Can you tell me how you make your taco soup?

What flavor did you order??? Butter Pecan is delicious. I am eating vanilla almond right now. Its good, but not nearly as good as butter pecan!

Ok, time to catch up...i missed two pages already!

Quail - love that disclaimer, but you're definitely not cut out for legal work!! Definitely not enough fine print!!
(no offense Stacie!)

So, want to hear my chocolate shake disaster from last night?

Late last night, after everyone finally fell asleep, I decided I deserved a sweet treat, so decided to blend up someheavy cream, splenda, ice cubes and grated 85% Lindt choc.

Well, knowing it would be loud, I decided to take the blender into the living room, far corner so I wouldn't wake anyone.

Carry the blender over, put it on the floor, next to the couch and plug it in and somehow it was ON! No lid yet, of course, so cream and chocolate come flying up into my face and EVERYWHERE!!! Carpet, clothes, couch, oh man, it was a MESS. Guess that's what I get for trying to be sneaky...

I think I still have chocolate and cream in my hair. Anyone know if it is a good conditioner???

Yeah, it's a lot for induction. I'm not on induction though.

I'd just leave out one can of tomatoes and one can of chilies. Maybe cut back slightly on the cheeses and cream.
