Hi Kristine....you need to post a recent picture of yourself in your gallery.

I see you're doing a "restart"....I feel like I'm always "starting over." Sometimes I feel like the poster child for insanity...."doing the same things hoping for different results." One of these days I'll manage to get things all worked out, and finally feel like I've got a handle on everything. So tomorrow I'm hoping for new start. Work-outs I'm pretty pleased with right now. It's the eats that drive me crazy. So that's where I'm making changes. What is your plan? Going back to induction lowcarb?

Hi Galatia,

I still look like the picture in my gallery. I do really well for a while, then I blow it. Not sure what the mental reason is for that. But I am trying again to get it right and stick with it.

We are going to my MIL funeral this weekend in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Not far from where you were on vacation. I will be back to Nebraska Monday night and am planning on going back to strict induction for a couple of weeks. At least that's my thought as of right now. I have been doing some weights and cardio at the gym since the first of the month, going about 4 days a week.

Probably in March I am going to hit the weights hard again and back off on the cardio some. Just my thought process again. (Hopefully going back to BGB by the end of March)

Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Kristine. Just checking to see how things are going. Sorry about your MIL. I hope your DH is doing alright. Losing a parent is so tragic.

Sounds like you've got a good plan. I haven't been doing BGB for a while now. I've been doing upper/lower. I had never done that before and right now I'm liking it pretty well. I change around a lot. If I start getting bored with my work-outs I do something else. I look forward to watching your progress.

<blows off dust>

Didn't do the FBWO as planned last night, will do that tonight. I did however make it to the gym and got a nice walk in.

45 mins treadmill 3.5 miles.

Have to admit, it felt pretty good. Not sure why I get away from it. Can't wait to start running again!!

3 x 10 x 40
Tricep Pushdown
2 x 10 x 30
