Go, Genjo, Go Genjo!!! (insert little person doing the 'stir the pot' dance movement here ). Congrats on that loss; patience pays off! It gives me a nice boost to report a 0.4 loss since i posted here last; had gone down then up today with small fluctuations. Woops, thought i was the same as Ladygirl, but still a little behind! Hope to catch up soon!

Went up 1.4 overnight after getting in a weird mood, less motivated and doing excessive snacking, although on plan. Haven'T given up though; it'S all a process.

Back to my normal phase 2 with more carbs, but the not eating after 8:00 definitely makes a difference!
