Welcome to the new Scale-aholics group!!! LOL!

Most people weigh themselves once a day! I weight twice! Once in the morning right after my morining pee and then again before I go to bed! Helps me sleep better at night knowing that tomorrow might be my whoosh day!!!

I weigh every morning, but I only count it on my Saturday morning challenge weigh-ins. I dont freak out due to fluctuations, but if its a downward trend during the week, it motivates and excites me.
