Chicken Garlic Fettuccine
1 8 oz pkg Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine (House Foods brand) - 1 net carb
1/4 cup Ragu Cheesy Roasted Garlic Parmesan - 3 carbs
1 green onion - diced/sliced - 1 carb
1 cup diced precooked chicken breast - 0 carbs
Parmesean cheese optional
Rise noodles thoroughly - or even par boil - depending upon your reaction to the odor. Put all ingredients into microwave dish, adding Parmesan cheese for topping. Heat on high for a couple minutes .
There are so MANY different things one can do with these noodles that this is only to inspire you to get creative. I do find the fettuccine to be slippery and hard to catch on your fork. A lot of the carb bearing Ragu sauce was left behind in the dish when I was done. That is OK. with me
