That's a good idea on the bread crumbs as bird food. Hmmm. And my DH was so looking forward to eating them.

today
b: chocolate-coconut larabar (gasp! I ate breakfast!)
l: pork liver pate on 1 slice sprouted bread, fennel soup with pancetta (fennel soup recipe is over on the recipe thread. it was really good for something I just threw together!)
d (planned): chicken/vegetable/cashew curry, maybe with shirataki noodles
dessert (planned): fresh raspberries

I love a good blue cheese dressing. . .yum.

I did well yesterday--menu is in my journal as usual. I've learned that an evening (after supper) workout keeps me on track in the evenings--which is the time I'm most tempted to snack.

It is Friday already! Hooray! I ate a little more than normal yesterday but none of it was off-plan. Sodium was on the high side too--need to watch that. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'm with you Denise. I've been on M&E, but will be transitioning back to Atkins OWL on Thursday and want to be sure I keep things clean.

The good news? My stall is broken.

Congrats Pam on breaking that stall! Food is logged in my journal. Planning on 1600 cals/40 or less carbs today (this seemed to work really good before I went on vacation - saw the 150's briefly ..very briefly LOL

I had a friends 21st birthday and I ate 21 jello shots off her body on the 4th and had a shitload of junk food and other crap, but it was worth it

I have a PT test in 2 months so I have to be 100% strict with my food and training and will include IF for maybe 1-2 days straight.
