wrap one piece of bacon around each jalapeno and secure with tooh pick through middle.
(if you wanted to you could bake in an oven at 375 ) otherwise...
put on grill making sure to turn and cook all sides evenly until jalapenos are looking some what bubbly , cooked ..and the bacon is cooked to your liking.
Ok, so, immediately after posting I went out and bought the ingredients. The cream cheese/ranch combo was fantastic, i even put some on my steak. I skimped on the bacon too. However, the jalapenos we're just incredibly hot. How did you get around that? I'm a huge fan of spicy foods, but the heat kind of overtook the delicious flavor of the cream cheese.
I have done this just seasoning the cream cheese with garlic, onion, salt and pepper but the ranch seasoning would be right up my alley!
One thing I did (the recipe I had called for it) was to put some shredded chedder or mexican blend cheese on top of the creme cheese before wrapping it with bacon. They came excellent, but I am sure even without the chedder it would be good .
I have about 5 jalapeno plants growing this year, so i should be making these several times over the summer!
If jalapenos are to hot you can use any of the banana type peppers, Anaheim chiles, yellow banana, hungarian etc .. just remember the pepper walls are thinner so will cook a bit faster.

Oh, HEY, good idea! My local grocer has lots of fresh peppers: I'm gonna try it with the Anaheims!
When I make these I cut the peppers in half and remove all the seeds. The seeds have most of the heat. Stuff each half with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. Secure with a tooth pick and then I bake them in the oven. They are just delicious and not too spicey at all.

I just made these today. I have not tried but I am sure I am gonna like them. I cut the receipe in half because I knew I would be too tempted w/ so many in house. It made 10 jalepenos and I added all carbs up and then divided them by jalepeno....1 equals aprox 2.4 carbs which is perfect for a mid day snack as long as I can be smart w/ them lol. I was wondering do ya all think I could get em ready for oven and freeze them and then just pop one in oven or on grill when I want one?

I prepare huge batches of these (2 lbs of jalapenos at a time) then freeze them on trays and drop them into freezer bags so I can pull out a few anytime I want.
