My husband and I love the Quorn products. I have the Quorn faux-chicken breasts nearly every day for lunch. Easy to fix in the microwave and they're delicious, too. The cutlets are also great for dinner baked with some BBQ sauce, cheese and scallions over top.

NJVeggie: I find that the roast is much better if you bake it in a dish of water mixed with butter and other herbs. If you cook it according to the directions on the box, it's too dry.
