Talking I'm still in...

Sunday at 1:00! Meri was going to see if they had a low-carb wing sauce, something sugar free perhaps?

I'll call and make a reservation on Saturday for 6 people and hopefully we'll actually get that many!

Looking sooo forward to this!

Yay!

I did call them, but then my pc had the flu!

Moxies apparently will cook em any way we want 'em! So we can be sugar, wheat, or whatever free....he even said they'd serve em raw if we wanted.....cheeky guy>.....

I'll be there at Moxies and am looking forward to seeing you all!

Great Donna - looking forward to it. I'm hoping my cousin can come to (it depends on DH work schedule) - she is also following Dr. A.

See you in less than 20 hours~

I am glad we plan to get together again next month....maybe some other Victoria folks will come along too! I heard from Judi...had some things come up unfortunately. .....maybe next time!?

It was just great meeting you Sunday, makes the posts all the more personal....and that's great.

Talking You go girl!!!

I know that you can do this!! You're there now, you don't want to start all over again!!

I'm so happy for you. I got some Ketostix on my home from lunch and for some reason was surprised to see that I was not in Ketosis after my big ice cream incident (duh...) I'll check again in a couple of days and hopefully will be back on track!

You rock!

Default THANKS DONNA!!!!!!

You have no idea how a few encouraging words means so much to me!....

I went to Safeway, bought ...ahem Pork Rinds! Figured I'll try em with salsa and sour cream. I made food that was a flop...which without other food ready ....creates risk!

I will make the quiche for tomorrow, have chicken tonight, and stick with the PR as a possible 'spoil'....watching the portions a'course!

Yes, it took 3 days of serious induction for me to see the results I got. I was absolutely amazed at the reading. I have never had that deep a colour before. Keep pumping me up girl....I really want this to work! So get back on the wagon with me...we WILL do it. Walking too!... even on the lunch hour for 25!

Meri

Default Thanks both of you!

I'm just about to turn in and made it!

I tried the pork rinds....bacon puffs if you please, with the sour cream and salsa combo-it was actually very good. Crunchy too.

I had all my water plus my carbs low....didn't count but i know what I ate ...they don't total 20!

I must get methodical and document.

Thanks for checking in with me. Yes, it's a challenge...easy and difficult at the same time. If I get thru tomorrow, then the next hurdle will be the two week mark. I have also crashed there. I think if I can find enough variety, and recipes I like, and get it made ahead I may very well get to that goal weight!

The three W's ...water, wfood, walk....

Keep in touch...it really matters! Meri
