LatteLover- I don't know what I can say to encourage you, but I do know this much. I have been in exactly the same spot as you many times. I'm not exactly sure what makes me come out of it, but here are a few things that have kind of been helping me so far. One is exercising. I find when I exercise, I feel better about myself and don't want to "blow it" by eating something I know I shouldn't. Another thing is working on emotional issues and trying to find out why I "entertain myself with food", because this is definetely something I do. Exploring these things is REALLY helping me alot! One more I find helps is just doing that first day of clean eating. That is so hard, but by the second day it becomes easier, and the day after that even easier. And the last one ( I promise..
), be kind to yourself! Focus on lots of positive self talk. Don't get down on yourself just because you're in kind of a slump! This can just send you into a downward spiral and you need to go UP! I don't know if any of that helped, but please know that I do understand where you'er coming from...been there, done that. You know deep down that you have had success so far, so you can do it! There are many people here to support you! Keep at it girl! Don't give up ever! It's just not worth it!
