Friday, Dec 29th--
20 mins jogging.. (been a while since I have run.. this felt AWSOME)
35 mins elliptical workout
15 mins arms
stretching.
Hmm.. realized my knees have quit hurting... I have not done a bootcamp workout since last week...thinking my knees hurt from doing that workout-- (alot of exercises that put extra stress on the knees)... may need to just go back to running and elliptical... we shall see.
Saturday, Dec 30th--
25 min jog- treadmill,
30 minute elliptical,
15 minute recumbent bike,
20 mins abs/arms,
stretching..
Terrific workout.
