Whoa... no workout since last Tuesday.. shame on me...

Monday, Nov 27th--
30 minute 'fat burning' elliptical workout,
25 minute 'cross training' elliptical workout
10 minutes stretching

THIS felt SO GOOD.... exercise IS the cure all.

Tuesday, Nov 28th--
35 minute 'wt loss' elliptical

Tuesday, December 5th--
20 minute jog, 35 minute elliptical workout, 5 mins stretching,
felt FABULOUS!

Wed, Dec 6th--
45 minute *bootcamp workout, maybe a 20-30 minute walk afterwards to stretch out... we will see.. this is a TOUGH workout.

Workout felt great last night and I am jogging to the gym tonight, then will do a 35 min elliptical workout. I have to continue to do this for ME and my sanity.

Thursday, Dec 7th--
20 min jog,
35 minute elliptical,
stretching...
WOOHOO.. an AWSOME workout!!

Friday, Dec 29th--
20 mins jogging.. (been a while since I have run.. this felt AWSOME)
35 mins elliptical workout
15 mins arms
stretching.
Hmm.. realized my knees have quit hurting... I have not done a bootcamp workout since last week...thinking my knees hurt from doing that workout-- (alot of exercises that put extra stress on the knees)... may need to just go back to running and elliptical... we shall see.


Saturday, Dec 30th--
25 min jog- treadmill,
30 minute elliptical,
15 minute recumbent bike,
20 mins abs/arms,
stretching..
Terrific workout.

Day off.. (well.. LOTS of housework)

Monday.. WHOA.. JAN 1st, 2007:
did not want to start the new year off sitting on my butt... so took little one outside where we played and walked for an hour... and still got a decent workout in.
