Dropped another .8 today. I was just about stalled for at least 1 month before this week.

WOWEEEE!! A girl goes away because she's inundated with work and some outings for a few days and you guys are off and running!! COngratulations to all of you for those losses: Meggen (and welcome to you!);Ladygirl99; KLC145;Kerbear and Charran!!!!

I've purposely not weighed for a few days bc the fluctuation of .2-.4 pounds up was bugging me and after a night of some white carbs (although in a controlled way and with healthy foods, but lots of creamy fattening sauces), I did not feel like seeing the number......decided to try to counteract it with a few days no starchy carb (which I'm trying anyway until vacation weight comes off). ANyway, I'll weigh soon and see. ALso, bc of craziness at work and some last minute socializing, I didn'T get to the gym as much as usual, so have decided to fit it in tomorrow, even it's not the same intensity class I've benn doing.

Good to be back in touch - been feeling a little crazed with the hectic schedule since back from vacation and needing to feel more grounded. Will try to have a quiet weekend, resting and catching up on major piles of housework.
