I love to make this recipe when I have a taste for pork! It is easy, quick and
tasty.
Quick and Easy Pork Chops

1 pack of (any cut pork chops~ I prefer bone in)
1 tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)
1-2 Tbsp Onion powder
Olive oil
1 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth
Heat oven-proof skillet with olive oil until hot. Rinse chops and dry. Sprinkle
pepper and onion powder on both sides of chops. Brown on both sides in
skillet. Lower heat and then add broth. Remove from heat and place in a
375 F oven until chops are done.
I also make a quick gravy from the broth remaining in the pan. To do this,
remove chops from skillet. Place skillet on stove. If necessary add more
broth. Stir in onion powder. Cook on medium-high heat until broth is reduced
down. Add cooked chops to pan. Coat both sides of chops with the
gravy.
