Welcome! I'm in North London. Aint been on this site for a while, but I am getting serious again.

Would be lovely to share some local knowlege. I';m lucky where I live - if I need a takeaway, there's always ultra-LC kebabs! I just ask for no bread and loads of salad

I've seen Stevia-based sweetener in Morrissons. Can it be true??!! there are a few different types- anyone tried yet?

Yes, the EU authorised it for use/sale as a sweetener a while back and shops are all stocking it I see.

Check which bulking agents they are adding to it to decide which will work best for your body.
